Well this is off topic already!

I’m in love. With tiffany jewlerry and mulberry bags. I have expensive taste for a teenage mum. But everyone has the right to dream eh? There are no rules in dreams. So i’m slowly gathering a wish list for when i win the lottery 🙂 and whilst browsing the web i ended up nosying at wedding stuff, convinced i’m getting married on a beach? pah. That’s gone out the window!

So to start the wishlist;

#1 The Mulberry suitcase! Supposed to be going a girly weekend this year! and this is gorgeous, however i think borrowing my mums debenhams one is going to be more realistic 😉

#2 Another gorgeous Mulberry, not co-ordinating with the suitcase but still! Absoulutly lush!

#3 Hint dropping to the other half for our anniversery! hint hint 😉

#4 I am absoulutly desperate for a vintage pocket watch, none of this top shop mass produced crap. A proper original!

N.B i have this obsession with original jewlery, for example my engagement ring (also hint hint) must be unique! Pricing doesn’t bother me but it has to be different 🙂

Success is the best revenge

Finding out i was having a baby at 19 was probably one of the toughest challenges to deal with. It meant having to give up the life i had previously and devoting everything to giving the best future to this tiny little person who although small demands so much. Having to move out and grow up was tough but i loved every minute of it. From organising all the finances of renting our own flat to just making sure the washing was done. Motherhood is what i was meant to do. I have so much respect for the girls out there who give it a go & don’t just expect it all handed to them on a plate. If you have a baby you have to do it right, you have to give that little person the best possible start and have the respect to do it without the expectation that someone else is going to spoonfeed you, because if you need spoonfed then you are defiantly not mature enough to handle spoonfeeding someone else. I’ve had to put alot on hold this year, going away on a girly holiday has become one night away in London. Going to uni has become studying from home. Nights out have become a monthly thing. I’ve been frustrated, angry, confused and estaticly happy all at the same time and i couldn’t think of anything better. Sure i envy the girls who can do what they like, can spend what they like and live how they like. But when i spend sunday mornings cuddled up in bed with my boy and my princess either side of me there is no other way i’d rather spend my life. So here’s to the future, it’s not gonna be easy but having a challenge makes you more motivated, and my success will be the greatest revenge to those who doubted me.

Lets start as we mean to go on.

2012 NEW YEAR NEW ME.

Everyones new years resoulution should be to never use that phrase again.

A new year shouldn’t be about a new you. Because frankly; everyone is fabulous in their own way.

(I am of course excluding the evil in the world, they should just be sent far away. But this is a happy blog.)

2012 for me is not going to be about changing, but about achieving.

2011 – part one was bad. Having said goodbye to my gorgeous nan.

2011 – part two however brought moving out and welcoming my gorgeous little girl.

2012 for me is going to be all about the ups! Getting back into studying, watching Princess grow and most of all saving for that all important house i’m lusting after!

Interior design is my ultimate passion, closey followed by fashion (Which as much as i love i am sooo bad at transfering to myself, add that to the list of things to acheive ) and i intend on using this blog to track my likes and dislikes over the year!

So welcome to my world! It’s very small, but it’s cosy and a rather lovely place to be 🙂
